OpenSource Connections has been providing service to satisfied government clients since January, 2005.  The company was founded by its three principals, Jason Hull, Eric Pugh, and Scott Stults to take advantage of the unique skills that each possessed and to enable them to work on larger projects. Mr. Pugh and Mr. Stults had been independent contractors prior to forming OpenSource Connections, and they realized that by working together as a team and bringing in other team members, they could have a greater impact on delivering great customer experiences than they could as individual contractors. Mr. Pugh and Mr. Stults both have significant experience working as team leads on projects ranging in size from small team engagements to multi-year projects with up to 12 project employees.  Mr. Hull serves as the operations officer of the company.  He was previously a director of operations analysis for Capital One Financial Corporation.  He was responsible for a team of over 30 analysts and testers that managed a call center IT infrastructure investment budget of over $20 million as well as user acceptance testing for the Capital One website, telephone response system, and call center desktop applications.

OpenSource Connections has a strong performance and management experience base in all facets of the of software development life cycle. OpenSource Connections has experience in both assuming full responsibility for any life cycle activity or performing as a supporting team member in specific life cycle activities. OpenSource Connections has a history of working on both new software development projects and improving and maintaining existing software systems, working both onsite and from remote locations. Additionally, OpenSource Connections has a history of performing analytical requirements analysis and gathering and leading and driving project delivery based on those requirements.
