Avir Sensors is a start-up that produces detectors for multiple hazardous gases in a line-of-sight between an infrared light source and a detector. Avir needed software to control and communicate with hardware, do sophisticated analysis and identification, and present results and detections to users - all in time for a big trade show. We were able to bring in the right resources to establish best practices for a .NET project, mentor existing team members, integrate with other consultants, and implement an Agile and SCRUM based process that has given visibility into our project to the whole company. We also helped Avir get a lot done in a short time by leveraging our experience to make good design decisions up front. Oh, and we write great code.
